The only way we can really tell if we're improving in our process has been to keep harvest data and a map of where we've planted crops. This way we can track the crop rotation and the relationship to that particular crop to its location. Through this process we've been able to learn where we will install perennial crops and how to practice effective rotation for annual crops.
